Remanufacturing Processes

Hydraulics
  • Valves and pumps are disassembled, cleaned, and inspected to determine if feasibly re-buildable
  • Valves and pumps are then rebuilt and tested in a triple-filtered contamination free environment

 

Components
  • Components are disassembled, cleaned, and inspected to determine if feasibly re-buildable
  • Components are then assembled in a multi-stage process to ensure efficiency
  • Final stage is to dyno or pressure test to ensure they meet or exceed OEM specifications

 

Engines
  • Engines are disassembled, cleaned, and inspected to determine if fiscally re-buildable
  • Blocks are chemically cleaned at 180 degrees to ensure all ports are free of contamination
  • Heads are chemically cleaned at 180 degrees to ensure all ports are free of contamination
  • Internal engine parts are chemically cleaned and inspected for defects and wear
  • Engines are re-built in a multi-stage process that ensures parts are ordered as the components reach each stage of the process for maximum efficiency
  • Final stage is dyno-testing for two hours to ensure there are no leaks and OEM specs are met
